Stuffed Bhindi Mustard Masala



Ingredients:

2 Green chili 2
3 Garlic Paste 3 tablespoon
4 Mustard Seeds 2 tablespoon
5 Red chili Powder 1 tablespoon
6 Cumin Powder 1 tablespoon
7 Turmeric Powder 1 tablespoon
8 Coriander Powder 1/2 tablespoon
9 Oil 2 tablespoon
10 Salt to taste


Preparation:

Note : Garind the garlic, green chili & mustard seeds to get a fine paste,this is called besara masala.
  1. Heat oil in a frying nonstick pan, add the mustard paste, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder & turmeric powder in to the paste & fry till oil evaporates.Keep aside to cool.Now masala mix for stuffing bhindi is ready.


  1. Wash and wipe okra dry with a cloth; slit okra lengthwise (do not remove the seeds). Now stuff carefully all okras with masala mix.



  1. Heat a pan with half tea spoon of oil; place 5 to 6 okras on the pan and cook in low flame; gently turn okras to all sides to cook evenly; cook till okra is soft; the color of okra will change from green color to light brown as it is cooked.




  1. Repeat the process for remaining Bhindi also . Stir it gently so that the masala does not come out.
  2. Serve with Rice or Chappati.
